Swarm: The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Bites: Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 10 (4d4) piercing damage, or 5 (2d4) piercing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.
A creature reduced to 0 hit points by a swarm of centipedes is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and paralyzed while poisoned in this way.
The Swarm of Centipedes is a weak enemy with a Challenge Rating of only 1/2. They have a low armor class but are immune to several conditions such as being paralyzed or charmed. While they may not pose much of a threat individually, in large numbers they can be a nuisance for players to deal with. Overall, the Swarm of Centipedes is not a particularly impressive or memorable enemy, but can serve as a decent low-level obstacle for parties to overcome.
Swarm of Centipedes is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Swarm of Centipedes Pathfinder edition. Want to use Swarm of Centipedes in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
