Swarm of Bats is a weak creature in Dungeons & Dragons. It has low stats, little challenge, and condition immunities that may be useful in certain situations. Its unaligned alignment means it can be used in a variety of scenarios, but its lack of decent abilities may make it less attractive to use. However, its status as a swarm creature can give it some advantages in combat, allowing it to surround and overwhelm its foes. Overall, this creature may be useful for low-level encounters or atmospheric scenes, but it doesn't offer much beyond its basic premise.
Swarm of Bats is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Swarm of Bats Pathfinder edition. Want to use Swarm of Bats in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
