You touch a creature and stimulate its natural healing ability. The target regains 4d8 + 15 hit points. For the duration of the spell, the target regains 1 hit point at the start of each of its turns (10 hit points each minute).
The target's severed body members (fingers, legs, tails, and so on), if any, are restored after 2 minutes. If you have the severed part and hold it to the stump, the spell instantaneously causes the limb to knit to the stump.
The spell Regenerate, available to bards, clerics, and druids at seventh level, is a powerful healing spell that can restore lost limbs and cure other serious wounds. While it requires a one-minute casting time and the use of a prayer wheel and holy water, its effects last for one hour and can be a lifesaver in combat situations. Some may argue that its high level requirement makes it less accessible to novice spellcasters, but its potential to save lives cannot be denied. Overall, Regenerate is a valuable addition to any healer's arsenal.
Regenerate is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Regenerate Pathfinder edition. Want to use Regenerate in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
