Mimicry: The raven can mimic simple sounds it has heard, such as a person whispering, a baby crying, or an animal chittering. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Insight) check.
Beak: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
The Raven, with a 0 Challenge Rating, has very low combat abilities, but its high Dexterity and Passive Perception make it an excellent scout and messenger. As an unaligned creature, it doesn't have any particular loyalty to a specific faction or side, making it a versatile and neutral ally. While its low Charisma and Constitution may make it less appealing as a familiar, its intelligence and natural abilities make it a useful tool for characters looking for extra intelligence and reconnaissance on their journeys. Overall, the Raven may not be the most powerful creature, but its unique combination of skills and abilities makes it a crucial asset for any adventuring party.
Raven is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Raven Pathfinder edition. Want to use Raven in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
