Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw, taking 5 (2d4) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The Poisonous Snake is a weak and unaligned creature, with low stats in all areas except Dexterity. Its bite only deals a small amount of damage and has a low chance of hitting. However, its poison can cause some damage over time if not treated. Overall, it poses little threat to experienced adventurers and is more of a nuisance than a true danger. As a DM, it can be used to add flavor to a wilderness encounter or as a minor obstacle for low-level players.
Poisonous Snake is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Poisonous Snake Pathfinder edition. Want to use Poisonous Snake in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
