Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
The stat block for the lizard in D&D seems pretty lackluster overall. With a low challenge rating, low stats in most categories, and a basic attack with only a +0 bonus, it's not much of a threat in combat. However, it could still be a useful addition to a campaign as a way to add flavor and immersion to a setting. For instance, a group of adventurers traveling through a jungle or swamp might encounter lizards while foraging for food or exploring, making for a more realistic and immersive experience. Overall, while the lizard may not be a formidable opponent, it can still serve a purpose in the right context.
Lizard is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Lizard Pathfinder edition. Want to use Lizard in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
