You touch one willing creature. Once before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to one ability check of its choice. It can roll the die before or after making the ability check. The spell then ends.
Guidance is a divination spell available to Clerics and Druids that enhances a target creature's ability to perform a single task. The spell's effects revolve around manipulating chance to produce a favorable outcome. It is a concentration spell that lasts for up to one minute. Because it aids in decision-making, it is an excellent spell to use when a target is faced with a difficult decision or when trying to master a task they're not particularly skilled at. Its versatility makes it a must-have spell for any Cleric or Druid who wants to improve their party's performance.
Guidance is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Guidance Pathfinder edition. Want to use Guidance in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
