Hold Breath: The crocodile can hold its breath for 30 minutes.
Multiattack: The crocodile makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the crocodile can't bite another target.
Tail: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target not grappled by the crocodile. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
The Giant Crocodile in D&D is a formidable foe with a Challenge Rating of 5. With 85 HP, a natural armor of 14, and a high CON score of 17, it's difficult to take down. However, its low CHA and INT scores of 7 and 2 respectively make it easily manipulated with spells like Charm Person. Its Bite attack deals a significant amount of damage and can cause the Grappled condition, leaving players vulnerable to follow-up attacks. Despite its lack of alignment, it should be noted that this creature is a predator and will attack anything it sees as potential prey. Overall, the Giant Crocodile poses a significant threat to any adventurers who come across it.
Giant Crocodile is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Giant Crocodile Pathfinder edition. Want to use Giant Crocodile in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
