Echolocation: The bat can't use its blindsight while deafened.
Keen Hearing: The bat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
The Giant Bat is a relatively weak creature with low intelligence and charisma, making it unaligned and not particularly threatening to most adventurers. However, its high dexterity and ability to fly make it a nuisance and potential obstacle in certain environments. Its passive perception is average and it has a basic attack with a moderate bite, but its low hit points and challenge rating of 1/4 make it an easy opponent for more experienced players. Overall, it is not a particularly remarkable creature, but can still provide some minor challenges in the right circumstances.
Giant Bat is D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) 5th edition content, but other TTRPGs may have their own version such as a Giant Bat Pathfinder edition. Want to use Giant Bat in a VTT (virtual tabletop)? Try out SendingStone for free today!
