The SendingStone review

Conjure Celestial is a powerful spell that allows clerics to summon celestial beings to fight alongside them for up to an hour. The spell takes a full minute to cast and requires both verbal and somatic components, as well as concentration to maintain. When cast with a 9th-level spell slot, the summoned celestial is even stronger.

Opinions on Conjure Celestial are mixed. Some players love the spell for its versatility and the powerful allies it can conjure. Others feel that it is too situational since it only works against evil or chaotic foes, and the celestial summoned may not always have the optimal abilities to match the situation. Additionally, the spell's high level means that it can only be accessed by higher-level clerics, limiting its usefulness in earlier levels.

Overall, Conjure Celestial is a strong spell that can be a valuable asset in the right situations, but its limitations and high level make it less practical for many characters.
